The Romans on the Don, a 4,000 word thematic introduction to Iron Age and Roman sites excavated in advance of aggregates quarrying in Doncaster. Published 2006.

Ancient Peakland, a 25,000 word guide to the prehistoric to early Medieval sites of the Peak District, featuring both his text and photographs. Published by Halsgrove in 2007. ISBN 978 184114 593 8.

Sheffield's Golden Frame: the moorland heritage of Burbage, Houndkirk and Longshaw, a 10,000 word landscape history of a popular area of Peakland moorland, again featuring his photographs alongside his words. Published by Sigma in 2007. ISBN 1 85058 846 5.

We can produce various formats including site reports, regional and period syntheses, journals, popular guidebooks and comics. We supply the following services: research, copywriting, photography, copyediting and proof reading, reconstruction drawing, site plans, image research, desk top publishing and publication management. We are also keen to enable community groups to produce their own publications by assisting with copywriting, editing, proof-reading, photography and Photoshop imaging.
