Bill Bevan is writing a new illustrated guide to the ancient archaeological sites of the Peak District for Halsgrove.
Exploring Ancient Peakland will lead you through 30,000 years of Peak District history before the Norman Conquest of 1066. Lavishly illustrated with reconstruction drawings and Bill's own photographs, it is written to encourage you to go out and discover the National Park's impressive ancient monuments. Publication is expected in summer 2007.
